High Court rules in Yuvraj's favour
Yuvraj Singh may not be scoring on the field but is having better luck in court. The cricketer got a shot in the arm on Thursday once again in the Bombay High Court when a bench upheld an earlier single judge's order and effectively allowed him to go ahead and sign a talent management contract with a new agency.
A division bench dismissed an appeal filed by Percept Talent Management Pvt Ltd against the order passed last December by Justice DY Chandrachud. The single judge had dismissed an arbitration petition filed against Yuvraj and allowed the Indian batsman to sign a contract with a third party after the expiry of his existing contract with Percept.
