Miss Bollywood Shilpa in new avatar of ‘Yoga Guru’

The bootylicious Shilpa Shetty is out with the secret of her perfect curves. In a special edition of a DVD called ‘Shilpa`s Yoga’, which targets the European market, she demonstrates simple Yoga techniques against the stunning backwaters of Kerala.

The DVD, released by Fire Fly in UK and Dubai, costs £ 17.99 (approx Rs 1,400).

Shilpa is considered to have the ‘best body in Bollywood’ and her DVD on yoga is sure to appeal those who want a sexy, super toned look. The DVD shows carefully researched workouts that aim not only at strengthening and toning, but also healing.

“Shilpa is the sexiest yogi the world has ever seen," says her publicist Dale Bhagwagar. "In `Shilpa`s Yoga` she demonstrates simple techniques against the stunning coastal backdrop of Kerala.

She explains how to transform mind, body and soul, with unique ways to build stamina and get revitalised, while discovering inner peace," he adds.

Although Shilpa has been a punctilious practitioner of yoga, she undertook some extra training under trainers Shiv Kumar Mishra and Vinayak Dixit to master the asans (poses) before shooting for the Yoga DVD.
